Yes! Our website prices match all TD Furniture retail locations.

❌ Where can I purchase a gift card?

Currently unavailable. We do not offer gift cards at this time.

🔄 What should I do if I receive an incorrect item?

Return it via Shopify. Contact our customer service within 14 days for instructions.

💰 Will I be charged taxes or duties?

No hidden fees. All prices include taxes (where applicable).

🚚 Which areas do you deliver to?

West Malaysia only. Orders far from Ipoh may take 2 weeks (includes installation fee).

⏳ How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery: 3–7 business days (West Malaysia). Remote areas: Up to 2 weeks (we'll notify you).

📦 Where can I track my order?

Shopify portal or contact customer service for updates.

⏰ How long do I have to request a return?

14 days from delivery date. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

🔍 How do I know if TD Furniture received my returned item?

Track via Shopify. We'll also email confirmation once processed.

♻️ When will I receive my refund?

No cash refunds. We offer replacements or store credit for items of equal/higher value.
