Orders & Pricing
Are online store prices the same as in your physical showrooms?
Yes! Our website prices match all TD Furniture retail locations.
Do you sell gift cards?
Not at this time. We currently do not offer gift cards.
Will I be charged any taxes or duties?
There are no hidden fees. All prices already include taxes where applicable.
Delivery
Which areas do you deliver to?
We deliver throughout West Malaysia. Orders to areas far from Ipoh may take up to 2 weeks, and the price includes an installation fee.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery within West Malaysia takes 3–7 business days. Remote areas may take up to 2 weeks — we'll notify you if that's the case.
Tracking & Orders
Where can I track my order?
Track your order through the Shopify portal, or contact our customer service for the latest updates.
What should I do if I receive an incorrect item?
Contact our customer service within 14 days and we'll guide you through returning it via Shopify.
Returns & Refunds
How long do I have to request a return?
You have 14 days from the delivery date. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
How do I know if TD Furniture received my returned item?
You can track it via Shopify, and we'll also email you a confirmation once it has been processed.
When will I receive my refund?
We do not offer cash refunds. Instead, we provide a replacement or store credit for an item of equal or higher value.
