1. Are online store prices the same as in physical TD Furniture stores?

 Yes! Our website prices match all TD Furniture retail locations.

2. Where can I purchase a gift card?

 Currently unavailable. We do not offer gift cards at this time.

3. What should I do if I receive an incorrect item?

🔄 Return it via Shopify. Contact our customer service within 14 days for instructions.

4. Will I be charged taxes or duties?

💰 No hidden fees. All prices include taxes (where applicable).

5. Which areas do you deliver to?

🚚 West Malaysia only. Orders far from Ipoh may take 2 weeks (includes installation fee).

6. How long does delivery take?

 Standard delivery: 3–7 business days (West Malaysia). Remote areas: Up to 2 weeks (we’ll notify you).

7. Where can I track my order?

📦 Shopify portal or contact customer service for updates.

8. How long do I have to request a return?

 14 days from delivery date. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

9. How do I know if TD Furniture received my returned item?

🔍 Track via Shopify. We’ll also email confirmation once processed.

10. When will I receive my refund?

♻️ No cash refunds. We offer replacements or store credit for items of equal/higher value.
