Shipping & Tracking Policy
Every TD Furniture order is carefully packed and dispatched so it arrives in perfect condition. This policy explains how we protect your items, how long shipping takes, and how to track your order.
1. Packaging & Protection
Every item is carefully packed to survive the journey to your home:
- Double-layered protection with bubble wrap and corrugated cardboard
- Custom wooden crating for heavy items such as sofas
- Reinforced corner guards on edges and vulnerable points
- A moisture barrier to guard against humidity in transit
- Clear fragile labelling on delicate components
2. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order ships, we'll send an email or SMS notification with your tracking details.
3. Tracking Your Order
- Registered customers can track their order status anytime through their account dashboard.
- Guest customers can request updates by contacting us via email or WhatsApp with their order number.
4. Delivery Areas & Timelines
West Malaysia
- Urban areas: standard delivery within 3–7 business days.
- Remote areas: up to 2 weeks.
- Selangor & Kuala Lumpur remote areas: up to 3 weeks.
Installation is included for most items (small accessories excluded).
East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak)
Standard shipping is not currently available. Please contact us for special arrangements.
5. Shipping Fees
- Orders above RM500 (West Malaysia): free delivery.
- Orders above RM1,500 to Selangor & Kuala Lumpur remote areas: free delivery.
- Orders below RM500: a flat rate of RM50.
Additional charges may apply for remote highlands, islands, and oversized furniture that requires special handling.
6. On Delivery Day
- Our delivery team will call about 1 hour before arrival.
- Please be present to inspect and authorise the delivery.
- Assembly is carried out on-site if you selected our installation service.
