Packaging Standards

📦 How We Protect Your Furniture:

  • Double-Layered Protection: All items wrapped in bubble wrap + corrugated cardboard

  • Custom Crating: Heavy items secured in wooden frames (sofas, dining sets)

  • Corner Guards: Reinforced edges on all flat-pack furniture

  • Moisture Barrier: Water-resistant lining for monsoon season deliveries

  • Fragile Stickers: Clear labeling for delicate components (glass tops, mirrors)

1. Delivery Areas & Timelines

🚛 West Malaysia Coverage:

    • Standard Delivery: 3-7 business days (urban areas)

    • Remote Areas: Up to 2 weeks (we'll notify you)

    • Installation Service: Included for most items (except small accessories)

📍 East Malaysia/Sabah/Sarawak:
Currently unavailable for standard shipping. Contact us for special arrangements.

2. Shipping Fees

💰 Free Delivery:

    • All orders above RM500 (West Malaysia only)

    • Flat rate RM50 for orders below RM500

⚠️ Additional Charges May Apply:

    • Remote areas (e.g., highlands, islands)

    • Special handling items (oversized furniture)

3. Order Processing

 Processing Time: 1-2 business days after payment confirmation

4. Tracking Your Order

    3. Click tracking number for live updates

5. Delivery Day Process

🚚 What to Expect:

    • Our team will call 1 hour before arrival

    • Someone must be present to inspect and sign for delivery

    • Installation team will assemble furniture (if selected)

6. Failed Deliveries

 If You Miss Delivery:

    • 2nd attempt: RM30 re-delivery fee

    • Items stored for max 14 days before return
