Eligibility

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 14 days of delivery.

Non-returnable items: Custom-made or assembled furniture (e.g., built-in cabinets).

Incorrect or Damaged Items

We'll arrange free return pickup (West Malaysia only) or guide you to the nearest TD store.

Refund & Exchange Options

No cash refunds. We offer:

  • Replacement of the same item
  • Store credit for equal or higher value items
  • Exchange for higher-priced items (pay the difference)
