Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your TD Furniture purchase. If something isn't right, this policy explains when and how you can return or exchange an item.
1. Return Eligibility
Items may be returned when they meet all of the following conditions:
- Returned within 14 days of delivery
- Unused and in their original condition
- In the original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-made or made-to-order furniture
- Items that have already been assembled
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately by email or through Shopify messaging. We'll arrange a complimentary return pickup within West Malaysia, or direct you to the nearest showroom for assistance.
3. Refunds & Exchanges
Please note that we do not offer cash refunds. Instead, we're happy to provide:
- A replacement of the same item
- Store credit for an item of equal or higher value
- An exchange for a higher-priced item, paying only the difference
4. How to Return an Item
- Notify us within 3 days of delivery with your order details.
- Pack the item securely using the original packaging materials.
- Wait for our approval and return instructions, which we'll send by email.
- Track your return through Shopify once it's on its way back to us.
5. Delivery & Installation Fees
Delivery and installation fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error — such as shipping the wrong item, or damage that occurred during transit.
6. Returns Outside West Malaysia
Customers located outside West Malaysia are responsible for return shipping costs. Please contact us first so we can recommend the best arrangement for your situation.
