Eligibility
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 14 days of delivery.
Non-returnable items: Custom-made or assembled furniture (e.g., built-in cabinets).
Incorrect or Damaged Items
Contact us immediately via:

- Shopify message center
We'll arrange free return pickup (West Malaysia only) or guide you to the nearest TD store.
Refund & Exchange Options
No cash refunds. We offer:
- Replacement of the same item
- Store credit for equal or higher value items
- Exchange for higher-priced items (pay the difference)
Return Process
Refunds processed within 5 business days after inspection.
Delivery & Installation Fees
Non-refundable unless the error is ours (e.g., wrong item shipped or damaged during delivery).
Out-of-Region Returns
Customers outside West Malaysia:
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Contact us for alternative solutions and assistance.
