Return & Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Non-returnable: Custom-made or assembled items (e.g., built-in cabinets).

2. Incorrect/Damaged Items

  • Shopify message center
    We’ll arrange a free return pickup (West Malaysia only) or guide you to the nearest TD store.

3. Refund & Exchange Rules

💰 No cash refunds. We offer:

  • Replacement of the same item.

  • Store credit for items of equal/higher value.

  • Exchange for higher-priced items (pay the difference).

4. Return Process

  1. Notify us within 3 days with your order number and issue.

  2. Pack items securely (original packaging required).

  3. Wait for approval – we’ll email return instructions.

  4. Track your return via Shopify. Refunds processed within 5 business days after inspection.

5. Delivery & Installation Fees

🚚 Non-refundable unless the error is ours (e.g., wrong item shipped).

6. Out-of-Region Returns

📍 Customers outside West Malaysia:

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

  • Contact us for alternative solutions.
