Shipping & Delivery Policy

We want your TD Furniture pieces to reach you safely and on time. This policy explains where we deliver, our delivery charges, and how long delivery typically takes.

Charges and timeframes depend on your delivery address and the showroom fulfilling your order.

1. Delivery Coverage

TD Furniture delivers throughout West Malaysia (Peninsular Malaysia).

For East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak) we do not currently offer standard shipping. Please contact us and we'll arrange a special quote for your order.

2. Free Delivery

Enjoy complimentary delivery when your order meets the following thresholds:

  • Spend RM2,000 and above — Selangor, Kuala Lumpur, Perak, Penang, Sungai Petani & Cameron Highlands
  • Spend RM3,000 and above — Kedah & Negeri Sembilan
  • Always free — Mambang Diawan, Kuala Dipang & Tanjung Tualang

3. Standard Delivery Charges

For orders below the free-delivery threshold, delivery is charged based on the showroom fulfilling your order and your destination:

Final delivery charges are confirmed at checkout or by our team, based on your exact location and the size of your order.

4. Delivery Timeframes

  • Perak & Penang: typically delivered within 3–7 working days.
  • Kuala Lumpur, Selangor & other outstation areas: up to 2 weeks.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or for remote locations.

5. Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Custom-made and made-to-order furniture requires approximately 3–4 weeks for production and delivery. Our team will keep you updated on the progress of your order throughout.

6. Before Your Delivery

  • Our delivery team will contact you 1–2 days before arrival to confirm the schedule.
  • Please ensure someone is present to receive and inspect the items.
  • Make sure access routes — lifts, staircases and doorways — can accommodate the furniture.
